Mrs. Kwak completed her B.A. in Developmental Psychology, as well as Education and Child Study at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She taught fourth grade at New Song Academy under the community development project of New Song Urban Ministries. This holistic community development organization aimed to empower children and their families with the rehabilitation of homes, employment, health, business, and education in West Baltimore.
